Job Description

Hiring: Customer Service Executive (Banking Process)

Location: Thane / Malad

Shift: US Rotational Shift (Start time: 5:30 PM to 10:00 AM | 9.5 hours shift)

Working Days: 5 Days a Week | 2 Weekly Offs

Salary: 33,000 37,000 (In-hand) + 1,750 Allowance

Transport: One-way pick-up or drop provided to/from home

Handle inbound voice calls for a banking customer service process

Resolve customer queries professionally and promptly

Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum qualification: HSC / Graduate

Minimum 1 year of experience (any domain)

Good English communication skills

Open to working in a voice-based BPO/customer service process

Prior BPO experience is a plus
