Job Title Accounts Executive Location Ethamozhy Coir Cluster Pvt Ltd Coir Cluster Road Elluvila PO Village Rajakkamangalam Ganapathipuram Tamil Nadu 629502 Job Type Full-time Industry Finance Accounting Job Overview We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive FEMALE CANDIDATED ONLY to join our finance team As an Accounts Executive you will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records assisting with month-end close processes and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for finance and accounting and who is eager to grow their skills in a dynamic work environment Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain financial statements including balance sheets profit loss accounts and cash flow statements Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes Reconcile bank accounts and ensure accuracy of financial records Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions Verify and record invoices receipts and payments Assist in the preparation of tax returns and compliance with regulatory requirements Coordinate with internal teams to gather financial data and ensure proper documentation Handle petty cash and manage daily cash flow Assist with audits and preparation of audit reports Provide financial support to management by preparing detailed reports and analyses Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and ensure that data is organized and easily accessible Qualifications Bachelor s or Master s degree in Accounting commerce Finance or a related field or equivalent experience 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a finance-related role freshers are also encouraged to apply Proficiency in accounting software e g Tally QuickBooks and MS Excel Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations Attention to detail and ability to work with large sets of data Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively Skills Basic knowledge of tax regulations and accounting procedures Proficiency in Tally ERP9 Excel Word etc Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and within a team environment Quick learner with a proactive attitude Perks Benefits Competitive salary and performance-based incentives Professional development opportunities Health insurance and other employee benefits Opportunity for growth within the organization A supportive and collaborative work environment If you re passionate about accounting have a keen eye for detail and want to grow your career in a reputable company we encourage you to apply Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Language English Preferred Work Location In person
