Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant - Technical Project Manager

In this role, we are currently seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and manage our technology-based projects. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of programming languages and have a background in application development, microservices, DevOps, cloud, and Migration projects. Familiarity with Gen AI and other emerging technologies will be considered an asset. An adeptness in SCRUM/Agile methodologies, along with excellent project and people management skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and a knack for client-facing interactions are all vital for this role.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage technology-based projects from inception to completion.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

- Lead the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets Monitor project progress and take corrective action when necessary.

- Work closely with developers and software engineers to ensure technological alignment and product quality.

- Utilize SCRUM/Agile methodologies to drive project execution and performance.

- Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues.

- Communicate regularly with stakeholders about project status and needs.

- Foster a productive and positive work environment that encourages innovation and growth.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor&rsquos degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Minimum years of experience in technical project management.

- Experience in application development, Java, .Net, Python or similar programming languages-based Projects.

- Proficient in microservices, DevOps, cloud Technologies

- Familiarity with SCRUM/Agile methodologies.

- Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

- Master&rsquos degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Agile (CSM, ACP).

- Experience in Gen AI and other emerging technologies.

- Proven track record in managing large scale, complex technology projects.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and engage various teams and stakeholders
