About the job Key Responsibilities: - Manage and execute CDMO projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. - Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and alignment on project objectives. - Collaborate closely with the Site Head, R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Regulatory teams to ensure project milestones are achieved. - Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to ensure on-time and in-full delivery. - Prepare and present regular status reports and updates to senior management. - Drive process improvements to enhance project efficiency and client satisfaction. Required Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, chemical engineering, or a related field. - 4-6 years of experience in managing projects in CDMO/pharmaceutical companies is a must. - Strong understanding of CDMO operations, including R&D, tech transfer, and manufacturing processes. - Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with multiple internal teams.
