Job Description Key Responsibilities - Work as an individual contributor within the project delivery team, owning end-to-end dashboard development - Understand client requirements, evaluate feasibility, and propose effective BI solutions - Design, develop, and deploy complex Tableau dashboards incorporating advanced features (e.g., Level of Detail expressions, Table Calculations) - Optimize dashboard and workbook performance on both Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server - Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction and transformation - Integrate with various databases such as Teradata, Oracle, Hive, MS SQL, and IBM DB2 - Ensure effective user management and permissions using Tableau Server - Apply visualization best practices and maintain consistency in UI/UX - Gather requirements independently from clients and manage expectations proactively - Conduct testing and deliver high-quality outputs with performance tuning - Mentor junior team members and manage small teams if required
