1 Sales Process Order Management Core Function Order Processing Accurately receive review and process customer Purchase Orders POs ensuring all technical specifications material gauge color length finish and pricing align with the quotation and company standards Quotation Support Assist the Sales Team in preparing detailed and accurate sales quotes tender documents and proposals System Entry Input and maintain all sales orders customer data and project information within the company s CRM and ERP systems Coordination Act as the primary internal contact liaising with Production Operations for manufacturing lead times and Logistics Shipping for delivery schedules Invoicing Coordinate with the Finance team to ensure timely and accurate invoicing post-delivery 2 Customer Service Communication Primary Contact Serve as the main internal point of contact for customers regarding order status delivery tracking and general inquiries Issue Resolution Proactively manage and resolve customer issues related to orders delivery discrepancies or product concerns escalating complex issues to the appropriate manager Documentation Ensure all customer communication commitments and modifications are properly documented and communicated to relevant internal parties 3 Administrative Reporting Sales Tracking Maintain organized records of all sales activities quotations and orders Reporting Generate daily weekly and monthly sales reports including sales figures quotation status and order backlogs for management review Inventory Stock Monitor finished goods inventory levels for popular products and coordinate with the Production Planner to ensure stock availability meets forecasted demand Sales Material Management Organize and maintain the company s product literature price lists and technical specifications Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
