About the role

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Finance Lead to manage financial reporting, revenue tracking and compliance processes. This position plays a critical role in monthly close activities, revenue analysis, and the implementation of robust internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of revenue-related financial data.

Roles and responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Month-End Close

- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
- Prepare reconciliations and supporting schedules
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial reports
- Develop and monitor key financial KPIs and dashboards to guide business decisions

Compliance & Internal Controls

- Support adherence to internal controls, company policies, and relevant accounting
standards (GAAP/IFRS)
- Help prepare audit documentation and assist in audit coordination
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance for all financial transactions

Financial Systems & Process Improvement

- Drive automation and optimization of financial processes and systems (e.g., ERP
upgrades)
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and accuracy

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with other departments (e.g., Sales) to gather financial inputs and clarify
revenue allocations
- Support internal reporting requirements from business stakeholders

Experience and qualifications:

- 0-1 years qualified CA or 3+ years experienced semi qualified CA or equivalent
professional certification required
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and regulatory frameworks
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
