Soft Skill Trainer Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Soft Skills Trainer to design and deliver training programs that enhance students/employees communication, interpersonal, and professional skills. The trainer will be responsible for conducting interactive sessions, workshops, and activities to prepare learners for academic, professional, and workplace success. Both freshers with a passion for training and experienced trainers are welcome to apply. Key Responsibilities Plan, design, and deliver engaging training sessions on: Communication skills (verbal & written) Interpersonal skills and teamwork Presentation and public speaking skills Professional etiquette & grooming Time management, problem-solving, and leadership Interview skills and workplace readiness Conduct role plays, group discussions, and interactive activities to enhance learning outcomes. Assess learners strengths and areas of improvement through feedback, tests, and performance evaluations. Customize training modules based on the needs of students/employees. Maintain training reports, attendance, and performance records. Stay updated with the latest trends in soft skills and employability training. Collaborate with academic/HR teams to align training with institutional/organizational goals. Educational Qualification: Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Arts, Commerce, Business, HR, Psychology, or related field. Certification in Soft Skills / Personality Development / Train the Trainer (preferred but not mandatory). Experience: Freshers with excellent communication and presentation skills may apply. 13 years of prior training/industry experience preferred. Skills Required: Excellent command over English and one regional language (as applicable). Strong facilitation, presentation, and public speaking skills. Ability to engage learners through interactive teaching methods. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) for content delivery. Empathy, patience, and adaptability to different learner needs. Key Attributes Passion for training, mentoring, and student development. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with diverse learners. Creative approach to designing and delivering impactful sessions. Professional grooming and personality.
