We are committed to providing world-class therapy services to children with special needs. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Occupational Therapist role located in Kozhikode, India. The Occupational Therapist will assess and provide therapeutic interventions to children with developmental delays, neurological disorders, and learning disabilities. Responsibilities include planning and implementing individualized therapy programs, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and engaging with parents to ensure holistic care. The role also involves developing strategies to enhance children’s motor, cognitive, and social skills. Qualifications - Expertise in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation with a focus on children with special needs - Understanding of Pediatrics and related medical knowledge - Effective Communication skills to collaborate with parents and interdisciplinary teams - Ability to create individualized plans for therapy and contribute to positive outcomes - Relevant certification or degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field - Prior experience in pediatric therapy or working with children with special needs is advantageous - Compassion, patience, and adaptability to provide the best care for children
