The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing relationships with our channel partners, driving sales growth, and expanding our market presence. Responsibilities - Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to drive sales growth. - Identify and recruit new channel partners to expand market reach. - Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement channel-specific campaigns. - Train and support channel partners to ensure they are equipped to sell the product effectively. - Monitor channel performance and provide regular reports to management on sales metrics and partner performance. - Work closely with internal teams to address partner needs and resolve any issues that may arise. - Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the channel landscape. Skills and Qualifications - 1-3 years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or related fields. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue through channel partners. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with partners and stakeholders. - Ability to analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform sales strategies. - Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools. - Knowledge of the Indian market and local business practices. - Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence decision-makers.
