Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Senior Data Engineer with 5- 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Data Engineering/Data analytics and a passion for leveraging data to drive business insights and innovation.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- 6-8 years of experience in data engineering, with a proven track record of building and managing data solutions.
- Expertise in analytic data warehouse technologies, including Snowflake (knowledge of Snowflake Cortex is a plus) and Databricks SQL.
- Strong proficiency in ETL tools such as SSIS and knowledge with big data frameworks like Cloudera.
- Advanced skills in SQL, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
- Proficiency in PySpark for data processing and transformation.
- Experience with various databases and file formats, including MS SQL Server, MySQL, Snowflake, AWS S3, JSON, CSV, XML, and Excel.
- Hands-on experience with business intelligence and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and SSRS.
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms, specifically AWS.
- Experience with version control systems like GitHub and SVN.
- Familiarity with ticket tracking systems like Jira.
- Experience with development environments such as Visual Studio and SSMS.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
