Urgent Search: Senior Executive

Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and configuration of Salesforce solutions under the guidance of senior developers.
- Support the implementation of Agentforce-based intelligent workflows and automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical tasks.
- Participate in the development of custom components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
- Help integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and middleware tools.
- Contribute to testing, debugging, and documentation of developed features.
- Maintain and update technical documentation for assigned modules.
- Attend workshops and team meetings to gather requirements and provide updates.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices as defined by the technical lead.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Salesforce development.
- Basic understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
- Exposure to Agentforce or similar agentic AI frameworks is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and LWC development.
- Understanding of Salesforce data model and security concepts.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to emerging technologies like Einstein AI and Data Cloud.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is preferred.
- Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git) and agile development practices.
