Job Title: Marketing & Design Trainee Executive

Role Overview

We are seeking a creative, driven, and detail-oriented Marketing & Design Trainee Executive to support our marketing, design, content, and communications initiatives. This role offers early-career professionals a chance to build expertise in digital marketing, design, storytelling, and community engagement while working closely with startups, government, and innovation ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing & Content (50%)

- Create engaging content for social media, website, blogs, newsletters, and campaigns.

- Draft copy for posts, emails, and internal/external communications.

- Support awareness campaigns for events, workshops, and accelerator programs.

- Conduct market and audience research to strengthen outreach strategy.

- Collaborate with partners and media for visibility opportunities.

2. Design & Visual Communication (25%)

- Design creatives for social media, presentations, posters, decks, and digital ads.

- Maintain consistency with brand identity (colors, fonts, aesthetics).

- Develop illustrations and infographics to simplify complex GovTech/public procurement topics.

- Work with the team to conceptualize and execute creative ideas.

3. Operations & Engagement (25%)

- Assist in organizing offline/online events (mixers, demo days, workshops).

- Document success stories, startup spotlights, and interviews.

- Support community engagement across online and offline channels.

Skills & Qualifications

- 0-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or design (internships count).

- Strong written communication and storytelling skills.

- Proficiency in Canva, Figma, or design tools (Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus).

- Experience with startups, incubators, accelerators, or innovation hubs preferred.

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

- Passion for startups, public policy, technology, or government innovation.

- Bonus: Exposure to public procurement, GovTech, or social impact sectors.
