Inviting applications for the role of Vice President, Accounts Payable The suitable candidate will have .Extensive experience in F&A/P2P with substantial competencies in Accounts Payable .Senior Leader representing the SL/solutions for Big/Mega deals. .Face of the SL for key client visits in India locations .Own/drive some of our critical programs (to our BP 2026 journey) including IP Build .Senior SL advisory to cross-functional enterprise programs (e.g., GenAI) Responsibilities .Experience in leading big F&A/P2P transformation programs for F500 companies .Ability to run large complex AP and Operational procurement operations (experience of working with APAC clients is preferred) .Sound knowledge in operational Procurement and Accounts payable .Expertise in driving team performance by establishing operating rigor day in day out, with tight inventory managements, capacity planning, tracking performance in a metric driven environment .Lead, engage, motivate and deliver results for large operating teams across locations .Work cross functionally with various enabling teams .Lead product/build for solutions of promise - e.g., AI/ML, Blockchain .Full grasp of the tech landscape in the space - intelligent workflow, e-invoicing, extraction solutions .Understands value commercial models in the space and experience in dealing with Analysts (HfS, Everest) .Provide strategic and operational solutions and transformation offerings to our clients that reflect domain rich thought leadership .Engage with and support our Product development organization in ensuring domain proficiency in our technological offerings. .Partner with various teams to ensure latest trends in AP domain is embedded into our solutions and digital and technological offerings. .Develop and implement focused projects on e-invoicing, Working Capital Improvement initiatives etc. .Chip in to lead specific initiatives like developing case studies, benchmarking of metrics, building repositories for standard methodologies etc. Qualifications we seek in you Minimum Qualifications .Sound functional knowledge of operational procurement and accounts payable. .Experience in providing AP/P2P solutions in multiple industry verticals. .Exposure to latest tools and technologies in AP/P2P (ERPs, Workflows, Invoice Exchange, Settlement Platforms, Robotic Automation etc.) .Ability to interact with CXO level members in client organizations. .Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment very collaboratively. .Expertise in driving operating rigor day in day out, with tight inventory managements, capacity planning, tracking performance in a metric driven environment Preferred Qualifications/ Skills .Development and implementation of P2P/AP tools. .Exposure to Invoice Exchange platforms like Tungsten, ARIBA, COUPA, etc. .Exposure to digital platforms (ARIBA, COUPA) Why join Genpact .Be a transformation leader - Work at the cutting edge of AI, automation, and digital innovation .Make an impact - Drive change for global enterprises and solve business challenges that matter .Accelerate your career - Get hands-on experience, mentorship, and continuous learning opportunities .Work with the best - Join 140,000+ bold thinkers and problem-solvers who push boundaries every day .Thrive in a values-driven culture - Our courage, curiosity, and incisiveness - built on a foundation of integrity and inclusion - allow your ideas to fuel progress Come join the tech shapers and growth makers at Genpact and take your career in the only direction that matters: Up.
