Position Title Digital Marketing Specialist I II- Location Remote Work from Home for first 6 months hybrid onsite thereafter as per business need - Employment Type Full-timeAbout the Role We are looking for energetic and results-driven Marketing Specialists with a strong focus on Social Media and Digital Marketing This role will be responsible for managing brand presence running paid campaigns and driving qualified leads through platforms such as Google Ads Meta Ads Facebook Instagram and LinkedIn The position also requires managing content calendars optimizing campaigns and ensuring consistent brand communication across digital platforms The role is offered as a Work from Home opportunity for the initial 6 months after which it may transition into a hybrid onsite setup Key Responsibilities for both I II - Plan execute and optimize social media marketing campaigns across Google Meta Facebook Instagram and LinkedIn - Support content creation scheduling for company pages on LinkedIn Instagram and Facebook - Execute SMO strategies to build organic engagement and audience growth - Monitor campaign performance analyze data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights - Collaborate with internal stakeholders design sales and HR teams to align content with business goals - Research market trends competitor activities and new digital tools to enhance campaign effectiveness - Maintain brand consistency across all social media channels Differentiation between Specialist I II Marketing Specialist I 2-3 years experience - Execute day-to-day social media activities campaign setups and reporting - Support the development of ad creatives copy and campaign ideas - Focus primarily on execution and monitoring of campaigns - Learn and apply optimization techniques with guidance Marketing Specialist II 3-5 years experience - Take ownership of campaign strategy planning and execution - Independently manage paid ad campaigns Google Meta LinkedIn for lead generation - Lead content strategy and calendar management across platforms - Mentor junior team members and coordinate with cross-functional teams - Optimize campaigns based on data insights to maximize ROI Required Skills Competencies - Hands-on experience with Google Ads Meta Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager - Knowledge of SMO SEO basics and analytics tools Google Analytics Meta Business Suite LinkedIn Analytics - Strong copywriting and creative content management skills - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize accordingly - Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced digital environment Qualifications Experience - Bachelor s Master s degree in Marketing Business Communication or related field - Marketing Specialist I 2-3 years of relevant digital marketing experience - Marketing Specialist II 3-5 years of proven expertise in paid ads social media and lead generation What We Offer - Work from Home for initial 6 months - Dynamic and collaborative work culture - Growth opportunities across diverse digital campaigns - Competitive salary and performance-based incentives ref updazz com
