Job Description Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experiencedAssistant Manager US Healthcare RCMto join our team. The ideal candidate will have8+ years of hands-on experienceinEligibility Verification and Authorization, including team handling and performance management. This role demands deep domain knowledge, leadership capabilities, and a passion for process improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team handlingEligibility Verification and Authorization., - Eligibility & benefits verification - Pre authorization - Drive daily operational performance and ensure SLA adherence across all metrics (TAT, quality, productivity). - Conduct regular team reviews, feedback sessions, and performance appraisals. - Act as the point of escalation for client issues and work cross-functionally to resolve concerns in a timely manner. - Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce denials. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payer-specific guidelines, HIPAA regulations, and compliance protocols. - Coordinate with onshore teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. - Generate and analyze operational reports to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities. Desired Candidate Profile: - Minimum8+ years of experienceinUS Healthcare RCM(end-to-end). - Must have handled minimum of 50 FTEs. - Must be currently working as aSenior Team LeadorActing Assistant Managerin a reputed healthcare BPO/KPO. - Proven experience inteam management, client communication, and process improvement. - Strong understanding of US healthcare terminology, payer systems, and revenue cycle workflow. - Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
