Job Description Jaipur , Udaipur INR 4 LPA to 6 LPA (Depending on the relevant experience) About The Position BharatCares is seeking a motivated and experienced Sr. Project Associate- CSR & Livelihoods. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1.5 years of experience in employability, livelihoods, and entrepreneurship programs. The role requires excellent communication skills and a willingness to travel as needed. Responsibilities - Program Implementation: - Assist in the design, implementation, and monitoring of livelihoods and entrepreneurship programs. - Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. - Coordinate with stakeholders, including beneficiaries, partners, and donors. - Training and Capacity Building: - Conduct training sessions and workshops to build the capacity of program participants. - Develop training materials and curricula in line with program objectives. - Data Management and Reporting: - Maintain accurate records of program activities and participants. - Prepare and submit regular reports on program progress and outcomes. - Analyze data to assess program impact and identify areas for improvement. - Stakeholder Engagement: - Build and maintain relationships with local communities, government agencies, NGOs, and other stakeholders. - Represent BharatCares at meetings, events, and conferences related to livelihoods and entrepreneurship. - Travel: - Travel as required to various program locations for implementation, monitoring, and stakeholder engagement. Mandatory Qualification And Experience - Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in employability, livelihoods, and entrepreneurship programs. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. - Proficiency in data management and reporting tools. - Willingness to travel as required. - Experience working in the social sector or non-profit organizations. - Knowledge of local livelihoods and entrepreneurship ecosystems. - Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Business Administration, Development Studies, or a related field.
