Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality and Process Optimization Specialist to ensure product quality, compliance, and continuous improvement within the production processes. This role will be responsible for maintaining rigorous quality control standards, optimizing processes, and driving operational efficiencies. The ideal candidate will leverage data-driven insights to enhance quality, reduce costs, and ensure consistency across manufacturing operations.

Key Accountabilities:

Ensuring Product Quality and Compliance:

- Maintain high product quality standards through thorough testing and stringent quality control measures.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain accurate documentation to support audits and inspections.

Process Optimization and Continuous Improvement:

- Enhance process efficiency by identifying areas for improvement and implementing process optimizations based on data analysis.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs, increase production yields, and improve overall operational performance.

Quality Management:

- Manage and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) for machining areas, ensuring detailed record-keeping and proper documentation.
- Ensure adherence to internal procedures, work instructions, and quality standards across all production processes.

Process Analysis:

- Collect and analyze process data using Six Sigma techniques to identify and minimize variations.
- Interpret test results, provide recommendations for process improvements, and execute specialized inspections as necessary.

Quality Control:

- Develop and implement quality control processes to maintain consistency and reliability across all production outputs.
- Conduct regular inspections and evaluations to ensure product quality meets internal and external standards.
