Echo Technician

The Echo Technician will be responsible for performing high-quality echocardiographic studies assisting cardiologists in diagnosis and maintaining patient records This role demands a high level of technical knowledge attention to detail and compassion toward patients Key Responsibilities Perform transthoracic transesophageal and stress echocardiograms as required Operate and maintain ultrasound and echo equipment Accurately capture and record images for cardiologist interpretation Explain procedures to patients and provide emotional support during the exam Ensure safety protocols and infection control standards are followed Maintain accurate documentation and patient records Work collaboratively with cardiologists nurses and other healthcare staff Qualifications Education Diploma or degree in cardiovascular technology or a related field Certification Registered or certified as an Echo Technician RDCS RCS or equivalent Experience Minimum of X years in echocardiography preferred Skills Proficient in the use of echo equipment and PACS systems Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment What We Offer Competitive salary and shift allowances Health and wellness benefits Opportunities for professional development and continuing education Supportive and collaborative work environment Modern diagnostic equipment and facilities Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Paid time off Work Location In person
