· Sales Generation- Identify & Pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting , lead generation & cold calling. Develop and maintain strong relationship with clients to upsell & cross –sell opportunities. · Marketing Strategy: Assist in the development of strategic marketing plans, collaborate with marketing team for promotional materials and digital marketing campaigns. · Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns and feedback in a timely and profession manner. · Sales Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular reports, forecast and performance metrics to track progress towards sales targets.Required Skills & CompetenciesTechnical Skills Good understanding of sales processes, lead generation techniques, and closing strategies. Knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and marketing automation is an added advantage. Proficiency in MS Office applications, CRM tools, and online reporting systems. Ability to create compelling sales proposals and marketing presentations. Soft Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients. Negotiation and persuasion abilities to convert prospects into customers. Strong presentation skills and a confident, positive attitude. Analytical thinking to assess market trends and business performance. Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
