seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer to join our rapidly growing Product Development team As a Senior Java Developer you will be responsible for designing developing and deploying Innovative software modules and components that powers our SaaS Platform Your expertise and leadership will contribute to the growth and success of our company Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements design and develop scalable and high-performance software solutions Lead the development and implementation of complex features and functionality for our SaaS platform using Java and related technologies Architect and design robust and scalable systems ensuring adherence to industry best practices and coding standards Mentor and guide junior developers providing technical leadership and fostering a collaborative environment Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality maintainability and performance optimization Investigate and resolve complex technical issues ensuring the stability and reliability of our product Collaborate with product management and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements Stay updated with emerging technologies trends and best practices in the SaaS industry and evaluate their potential application to our platform Participate in Agile development methodologies including sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospective meetings Continuously enhance the software development process promoting efficiency quality and innovation Roles and responsibilities Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field 7 years of professional experience as a Java Developer with a focus on developing SaaS solutions Strong proficiency in Java programming language and related frameworks e g Spring Hibernate Extensive experience with relational databases e g MySQL PostgreSQL and proficiency in SQL Solid understanding of web technologies such as HTML CSS JavaScript and React frameworks Strong knowledge of software development best practices including code reviews testing methodologies and version control systems e g Git Proven track record of designing and developing scalable highly available and secure software solutions Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to debug complex issues and provide effective solutions Preferred Qualifications Experience in building scalable and distributed systems Familiarity with containerization technologies e g Docker Kubernetes Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI CD pipelines Experience
