Role Overview Design Fundaz, a dynamic digital marketing agency in Pune, is looking for a strategic and highly analyticalSocial Media Managerto join our team. This is a critical client-facing role requiring a blend ofdeep technical skill(Meta Ads, SEO, CRO, Instagram Algorithm mastery) andexceptional communication abilities. You will lead the social strategy for diverse clients, translating business objectives into measurable results through strategic content creation and performance marketing. Key Responsibilities & Focus Areas 1. Client Communication & Language Fluency (Mandatory) Serve as the primaryclient-facinglead for all social media strategy and performance reporting. Conduct strategy presentations and handle performance discussions with confidence and clarity. Exceptional Englishfluency (written and verbal) is required. Conversational or professional proficiency in Hindi and Marathiis a significant advantage for client and market communication. 2. Performance Marketing & Optimization Plan and execute Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)campaigns with a laser focus onROI. Implement rigorousA/B testingon ad creative, copy, and targeting. ApplyConversion Rate Optimization (CRO)techniques to improve landing page performance from social traffic. Manage social media advertising budgets efficiently. 3. Strategy, Content & Tools Design and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client business objectives. Demonstrateexpert knowledge of Instagram's algorithmto maximize organic reach (especially via Reels and Stories). Produce high-quality content and bewell-versed in design tools like Canva(or equivalent) for excellent marketing outputs. Stay ahead of emerging trends and best practices. 4. Analytics & SEO Integration Track and analyze key performance metrics using various analytics tools. Develop comprehensive reports, translating data insights into actionable recommendations for clients. Apply good knowledge ofSEO principlesand how they integrate with overall social media strategy. 5.Required Qualifications & Experience 3+ yearsof professional experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO). Prior experience in a client-facing roleis mandatory. Proven track record in performance marketing with measurable results. Hands-on experience withMeta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)and other advertising platforms. Deep understanding of major social media platforms, especiallyInstagram's algorithm dynamics. Experience withConversion Rate Optimization (CRO)techniques and A/B testing. Proficiency in design tools likeCanvafor content creation. Knowledge ofSEO principles.
