We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Female Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-10 years of experience in telecalling or customer service, with a passion for sales and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and clients.
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide information about products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the database.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets set by the management.
- Provide feedback on customer interactions and suggest improvements.

Skills and Qualifications

- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (or other regional languages).
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of telemarketing and sales processes.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle objections and provide solutions effectively.
- Good listening skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
