Job Summary

This is a full-time on-site role for a Life Insurance Cross-Sell Relationship Manager, located in Bhandup. The manager will be responsible for managing and growing client relationships by identifying and capitalizing on cross-selling opportunities for various life insurance products. This role involves understanding clients needs and providing tailored insurance solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of clients. Act as a trusted advisor to key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional life insurance products to existing clients. Work closely with internal teams to develop and implement cross-selling strategies.
- Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of clients insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions. Educate clients about different policies and financial plans.
- Sales and Business Development: Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively managing client portfolios. Generate new business through upselling and cross-selling.
- Collaboration:Work with underwriters, financial advisors, and other stakeholders to develop customized insurance packages. Coordinate with sales teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements. Prepare reports on account status and sales performance.
- Market Knowledge: Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings. Use this knowledge to provide valuable insights to clients and develop effective sales strategies.

Qualifications:

Education:Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field. Additional certifications in insurance or financial planning are advantageous.

Experience:Proven work experience as a Relationship Manager, Account Manager, or in a similar role. Previous experience in the insurance industry is preferred.

Skills:Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Strong analytical skills to assess client data and market trends. Proficiency in using CRM software.
