Job Title: Tele-Caller (Assamese) Location: Rajarhat Salary: Up to ₹15,000 per month Experience Required: 2–4 years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and persuasive Tele-Caller (Assamese) to join our Pharmaceutical Sales and Marketing Team. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Assamese and English, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and have prior experience in telecalling — preferably within the pharma industry. Key Responsibilities - Make outbound calls to doctors, chemists, distributors, and potential clients to promote pharmaceutical products. - Explain product details, benefits, and usage clearly in Assamese and English. - Maintain and regularly update the customer database with accurate and current information. - Conduct follow-ups on leads, inquiries, and pending orders to maximize conversions. - Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales and call targets. - Handle customer queries efficiently and escalate issues when necessary. - Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to ensure smooth communication and operations. Required Skills & Qualifications - 2–4 years of telecalling or telesales experience (pharma industry experience preferred). - Excellent communication and convincing skills in Assamese, Hindi, and English. - Basic understanding of pharmaceutical products and customer interaction. - Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM/data entry tools. - Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
