Location: Tata Consultancy Services, Address: 415/21-24, Kumaran Nagar, Sholinganallur, Old Mahabalipuram, Chennai -600 119

Job Summary:

Role : SME Google Workspace

Experience: 2 year to 8 years

Job Location: Chennai

Eligibility:

- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
- Should be flexible with night shifts & rotation shifts
- Carry 2 photocopies of Aadhar/PAN
- Candidates to have registered EPs
- It is mandatory to submit a valid copy of TCS application form during the drive
- Good Knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities:

- Excellent Comm skill (verbal /Written).
- Good Typing Speed (Preferably 30 to 50 WPM).
- Exp 2 - 8 years of experience in technical trouble shooting (Preferably TAC support) for Google Workspace (GWS).
- Knowledge on any Industry Standard Ticketing tool, ITIL Framework etc.
- Associate Google Workspace Administrator certification is preferred.

- Step 2: Click to login
- Step 3: Click New user (Register with us)
- Step 4: Select "BPO" in areas of interest and complete the registration. (Fill the details)
- Step 5: Once completed, your TCS no. would be generated which starts from EP2025XXXX.
- Step 6: You will receive the EP number on your personal e-mail ID.
