Responsibilities - Develop and maintain integrated master schedules for facility expansions, equipment installations, and process optimization projects. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality Assurance, Production, and Procurement to align engineering deliverables with operational needs. - Lead planning sessions and provide schedule visibility to stakeholders across manufacturing plants and corporate offices. - Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to maintain timelines. - Support capital budgeting and resource forecasting across multiple concurrent programs. - Ensure compliance with food safety, environmental, and health regulations during project execution. - Drive continuous improvement in planning tools, reporting dashboards, and governance processes. Qualifications - Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or Project Management (Master's preferred) - Experience: 7+ years in project planning/scheduling within food, beverage, or FMCG manufacturing - Tools: Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, SAP, and Excel - Certifications: PMP, PMI-SP, or equivalent preferred Required Skills - Strong stakeholder engagement - Analytical thinking - Ability to manage multiple timelines Preferred Skills - Experience in food safety and regulatory compliance Pay range and compensation package Salary: 60 LPA Equal Opportunity Statement We are committed to diversity and inclusivity in our hiring practices.
