Dear Candidate,
We are looking for a Client Servicing Executive / Manager who can help maintain existing business with current clients, grow business relationships with current clients and assist in bringing new clients on board.
Job Description
- Minimum 2-3 years of client service experience will be added advantage.
- Very good at building relationships with clients and good internal communication.
- Youre passionate about relationships and are sophisticated at dealing with different personalities and different seniority levels.
- Maintains a regular flow of information between the client and the team, ensuring milestones are met.
- Builds confidence with the client solutions, project details, process steps, billings and deliverables are well organized, communicated and managed.
- A strategic thinker, understand branding and love it when you really understand a clients business and arrive at insights that solve their challenges via their brand.
- An expert at communications saying what you mean and hearing what others mean to say, whether in a one-on-one conversation or in a formal presentation.
-A team player; understand team interaction and roles of team members.
- Perform well in a team environment and foster communication and cohesion between internal teams and functions.
Job Location Goregaon (West), Mumbai.
CTC range 3,00,000/- To 4,50,000/- (per annum)
(CTC can vary and largely depends upon the capabilities and candidacy)
