Store Manager Overview The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store in accordance with brand standards They must provide financial reports interpret financial information and recommend courses of action to the managerial staff Additionally they will communicate product schemes and offers to regional managers and ensure their implementation The Store Manager will directly coach and develop the team providing meaningful insights candid feedback and clear direction Responsibilities Act as the lead site manager and mentor new lead site managers Protect food margins and ensure consistent par execution Ensure availability of merchandise and services by approving contracts and maintaining inventories Complete store operational requirements including scheduling and assigning employees Regularly track ticket size and convert footfalls into sales Ensure attractive merchandise display and store layout Develop strategic and operational plans for the work group and measure their execution and results Maintain and encourage an ownership mentality in the store Ensure optimum utilization of manpower and machinery towards output Find effective human resources manager by creating an excellent job description Perform tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the casino including inventory control revenue generation and promotional offers Create an environment of diversity and inclusion within the team Requirements Minimum 4 to 10 years of experience as a Store Manager preferably in the premium brand upmarket segment store or high-end retail industry Good convincing skills and leadership abilities Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities Graduation degree is mandatory Prior experience in a retail environment ideally in a managerial role is preferred Excellent verbal communication skills and a customer-service oriented mindset Proficient in the use of computer and MS Office Ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve performance goals Knowledge of basic business management processes and financial reporting Proficient in written and spoken English
