Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Product Marketing Manager with 1+ years of experience to join our team. This role will involve working closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to plan and execute marketing strategies for product launches, paid campaigns, and sales enablement. Roles and Responsibilities

- Product Campaigns: Collaborate with the product team to plan and execute product launches, blogs, decks, and paid campaigns for both existing and new products.
- Sales Enablement: Work alongside the sales team to create training materials and sales enablement documentation to support product positioning and sales efforts.
- Paid Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Google AdWords, and other PPC channels, ensuring they generate high-quality leads.
- Lead Analysis: Perform daily and weekly analyses on ROI and lead quality for inbound campaigns to assess performance and make improvements.
- Content Creation: Draft engaging content for newsletters, product features, and other marketing materials to highlight product offerings and updates.

You Should Have

- Experience: 1+ years in product marketing with a proven track record in campaign execution and content creation.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and workflows simultaneously.
- Deep understanding of marketing strategies and channels (PPC, content marketing, social media, etc.).
- Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with startups is a plus.
- Education: Graduate or Post Graduate in any domain.
