Job Description

Role & responsibilities

- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective job descriptions.
- Source and attract qualified candidates using various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidates qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate candidate data and status.
- Build a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Stay updated with industry trends and recruitment best practices for non-IT roles.
- should be flexible to work as per business requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on non-technical roles (entry to mid-level roles).
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and hiring processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with ATS and HR software tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
