Job Description Location Pune, Mumbai, Chennai, Banagalore Exp -12 to 25 yrs Skill Sets - Routing - Switching - Wireless - Firewall - Load balancers Technologies - Cisco - Checkpoint - SRX - Cisco ASA - Fortigate Firewall - F5 - Aruba Wireless Responsibilities - Maintain the network infrastructure - Acknowledge, troubleshoot and resolve tickets that are assigned to the team in a correct way - Escalate incidents internally or to 3rd party partners when required - Participate, on a punctual basis on specific projects related to his/her specialty - The Network Engineer must have good interpersonal skills and must be a team player In Close Relations With - Atos Infrastructure Operations Team - Incident Manager - Problem Manager - Service Delivery Manager - CMDB Manager - Change Manager - End User Duties - Maintain the network infrastructure: Incident resolution, problem resolution - Troubleshooting, co-ordination with third party suppliers as well as with the central IT department of the customer - Advises the project team and ECTL in areas such as capacity management - Contingency planning, environment planning, configuration management and other relevant tasks related to the role - Design and implement network solutions - Maintains the relevant documents/manuals describing the network infrastructure - Provides input for incidents/problems/defects post-closure analysis to the incident/problem manager and/or the technical team leader - Provides input or organize regular knowledge transfer sessions Working Conditions - Work shifts of 8 hours covering the time range between 719 from Monday to Friday with some flexibility required when overtime is exceptionally needed / standby duty Employment and Technical Requirements - (At least 5 years of professional experience in the specific domains as described below) - Switching and routing engineer (Cisco Nexus 9k, catalyst, VRF's and OSPF Routing) - Wireless LAN controller (Cisco) - 802.1x / Cisco ISE - Firewall engineer (Checkpoint) - Pulse Secure SSL VPN (plus) - Load-balancer F5 (plus) - IPAM, DNS, Proxy and ServiceNow knowledge (plus) - Cisco Meraki experience and skills - Aruba - Access Points provisioning - Access Points management - Wireless clients management - Wireless clients filtering - Wireless clients accounting - Wireless networks creation - Wireless network management - Remote Access Points provisioning - Remote Access Points management - RAP traffic filtering - Guest SSID traffic management - Wireless Profiles Creation - AAA Profiles Creation - ClearPass - BYOD SSID device provisioning - Guest User account creation - Wireless network access control - Wireless Users access monitoring - Wireless services creation and management Load Balancer Activities - APM/AFM/ASM setup and implementation and for current and new environments - Troubleshooting issues related modules: APM, AFM, ASM - Developing new authentication solutions based on APM module - Building new environments on external hypervisors (VMWare etc.) - Building new environments on F5 hosts/VCMP guests - Building new environments on F5 hardware appliances - Developing configuration standards - related to naming convention, security settings etc. - Developing scripts for collecting data/reports from device - Hardware refresh projects from planning phase, through new device setup to migration and CMO status Firewall Activities - Advanced troubleshooting including debugging, core dumps - Device node rebuild in case of failure or RMA - Adding or removing virtual firewalls (Check Point VS, SRX LSYS, Fortigate VDOM, Cisco Context) - Creating whole new physical firewall setups - both single and cluster - Device hardware refresh - Check Point exclusively - create, manage and troubleshoot Maestro setups, including single and dual site - Check Point exclusively - administer, troubleshoot and upgrade MDS and SMS management platforms - Check Point exclusively - managing through API - Check Point exclusively - set up, administer, upgrade and troubleshoot LOM - Juniper exclusively - build, administer and troubleshoot Junos Space environment (single site and DR setups), including JS Insights for logging - Cisco exclusively - build, manage and troubleshoot CSM platform - Fortigate exclusively - build, manage and troubleshoot FortiManager platform
