Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Specialist for our distribution channel of Car Accessories in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. The Field Sales Specialist will be responsible for reaching out to our existing and other potential customers, and building lasting relationships to meet sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting sales presentations, demonstrating product features, managing sales operations, and providing excellent customer service. The individual will also track sales performance, gather market insights, and report progress to the sales team. Qualifications - Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service to build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional support. - Strong Communication skills in Hindi, English and Telugu - Strong Sales and Lead Generation skills to identify new opportunities and meet or exceed sales targets. - Experience in Sales Operations, including order management, reporting, and following up with clients. - Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Communicating with customer for payment recovery. - Prior experience in the automotive or distribution industry is a plus, along with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
