Role Description We are seeking a skilled and compassionate General Dentist to join our dental team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality dental care, diagnose and treat oral health issues, and educate patients on preventive dentistry. You will play a key role in ensuring excellent patient experiences and maintaining the highest standards of clinical care. Key Responsibilities - Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and oral health assessments - Diagnose and treat common dental conditions such as cavities, gum disease, and infections - Perform routine procedures including fillings, extractions, scaling, polishing, and root canal treatments - Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient needs - Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions - Interpret dental X-rays and diagnostic tests accurately - Maintain detailed and accurate patient records - Ensure strict adherence to hygiene and sterilization protocols - Collaborate with specialists when advanced treatment is required - Stay updated with latest dental technologies and treatment techniques Required Qualifications - Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or equivalent - Valid Dental Council registration - Proven experience as a General Dentist (preferred but not mandatory) - Strong clinical and diagnostic skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Patient-focused approach with a caring attitude - Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Skills - Experience in cosmetic dentistry and preventive care - Knowledge of modern dental equipment and procedures - Strong problem-solving abilities - Time management and organizational skills What We Offer - Competitive salary package - Modern dental facilities and advanced equipment - Supportive and friendly work environment - Opportunities for professional growth and training
