We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Solution Architect with comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience across multiple ServiceNow modules, including IT Operations Management (ITOM), Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), and IT Service Management (ITSM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable and efficient solutions, translating business requirements into architecture blueprints, and ensuring seamless integration across ServiceNow applications.More details as below. Experience: 8+ years Work Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Contract Period: 1 year, extendable Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline. - 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and implementation roles. - Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules: ITOM, HAM, SAM, and ITSM. - Proven ability to design and implement complex ServiceNow solutions in enterprise environments. - Strong understanding of ITIL processes and IT asset management frameworks. - ServiceNow certifications such as CIS-ITOM, CIS-HAM, CIS-SAM, and Certified System Administrator preferred. - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. - Experience with integrations, API design, and enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) is a plus. Key Responsibilities: - Lead architecture and design for ServiceNow solutions encompassing ITOM, HAM, SAM, and ITSM modules. - Develop and maintain high-level technical designs, solution blueprints, and integration strategies. - Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to ensure alignment of solution architecture with business goals. - Provide guidance on best practices, platform capabilities, and governance standards across multiple modules. - Oversee the configuration and customization approach for complex workflows, data models, and integrations. - Facilitate technical workshops, solution reviews, and design presentations with clients and internal teams. - Ensure consistency and compliance with ITIL frameworks and industry standards. - Mentor technical teams and support the delivery of high-quality solutions. Preferred Qualifications: - Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid IT environments. - Experience with data modeling, scripting, and ServiceNow Flow Designer. - Ability to work in Agile project environments and lead cross-functional teams. - TOGAF or other enterprise architecture certifications are a plus.
