Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant for a mid-level position in Bangalore. The role is a contractual position with a hybrid work environment, offering flexibility and a challenging opportunity for career growth. Candidates are expected to have a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.

HCM Cloud Functional Consultant(Learning Module with Core HR)

Detail Requirements

- The candidate is expected to have a sound domain knowledge in HCM Learn module. S/he must have been a part of at least 3 end to end HCM Cloud implementations.
- 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in HCM Applications with at least 3 end to end implementation experience.
- The candidate must have expert knowledge in Learn Modules along with Core HR S/he should have completed at least 2/3 projects in the modules mentioned above.
- The candidate should have been in client facing roles and interacted with customers in requirement gathering workshops, design, configuration, testing and go-live.
- Engineering graduates with MBA (HR) will be preferred.
- Should have strong written and verbal communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, team player, problem solving, influencing and negotiating skills and organizational awareness and sensitivity, engagement delivery, continuous improvement and knowledge sharing and client management.
- Good leadership capability with strong planning and follow up skills, mentorship, Work Allocation, monitoring and status updates to Project Manager
- Assist in the identification, assessment and resolution of complex functional issues/problems. Interact with client frequently around specific work efforts/deliverables

Roles And Responsibilities

- Implement and manage Oracle HCM solutions, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
- Lead the deployment of Core HR modules, guiding clients through each phase of implementation.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored Oracle HCM solutions.
- Conduct system configuration, data migration, and integration activities for Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Provide expertise in Oracle Implementation, ensuring smooth transitions and effective utilization of Oracle platforms.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for projects, including configuration and process flow guides.
- Offer ongoing support and training to clients, addressing any issues or enhancements required post-implementation.
- Stay updated on the latest Oracle HCM developments and best practices to enhance service offerings.
