As a Cybersecurity Specialist, you will be at the forefront of protecting Kyndryl's customers computer systems and networks from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, disruption, modification, or destruction. You will use a variety of tools and techniques to defend against a wide range of cyber threats, such as malware, ransomware, phishing attacks, and data breaches.

But that's not all - at Kyndryl, you will also have the opportunity to implement new cybersecurity systems and policies to ensure the protection of our customers data and assets. You will monitor and review potential threats from various cybersecurity systems and conduct proof-of-concepts (POCs) with new cyber security software to evaluate its effectiveness and potential integration into the organization's systems.

Not only will you be responsible for ensuring the security of Kyndryl's customers network and systems, but you will also enrich the organization's knowledge towards potential cyber threats and best practices. You will provide automation scripts for threat hunting in customer environments using lessons learned from Cyber-attacks.

You will also have the opportunity to conduct penetration testing and threat and vulnerability assessments of applications, operating systems, and networks, responding to cybersecurity breaches and identifying intrusions. You will research and evaluate cybersecurity threats and perform root cause analysis, all while assisting in the creation and implementation of security solutions.

Required Skills and Experience:

- Having 8+ years of experience in strong project management disciplines in program governance, including stakeholder, issue, risk, financial, and change management.

- Build and lead highly motivated teams to ensure program delivery meets all commitments. You will need to be approachable, resilient under pressure, provide ongoing coaching and mentoring, and effectively evaluate alternate points of view and trade-offs to find a solution acceptable to all parties.

- Proactively manage and communicate (i.e. Executive level and C-Suite) the status of the Transition and Transformation program against the integrated master program schedule.

- Support New business opportunities: Work with our Sales Opportunity Owner and solution teams to create the high-level deal strategy/approach and the Transition and Transformation solution proposal, developing the Statement of Work including solution, schedule, risk assessment and cost model

- Manage teams implementing the Transition and Transformation (T&T) solution and prepare the client for the steady state support team.

- Establish and maintain client relationships with high-level decision makers and become the client's trusted Kyndrylpartner for the successful delivery of the T&T program, which is measured by the T&T Net Promoter Score (NPS).

- Drive programs that add value to our business and our clients, by executing quality T&T programs to scope, schedule, and budget.

- At least 15+ years of experience in leading IT Infrastructure Programs and/or client relationship management within Services Outsourcing

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent

- Successful experience as a program manager for at least 5 Complex IT Transitions or Transformations

- Proven program governance knowledge and experience, including Issue, risk, and escalation management

Complex Program Management involves managing projects with high levels of uncertainty, ambiguity, and interdependencies, requiring proactive strategies to address complexity and increase program success. You'll be responsible and accountable for the integration of multiple teams across Kyndryl for end-to-end implementation of targeted solutions,which may include:

- Walk In Take Over (WITO)of services from clients or incumbent vendors

- Knowledge Transferprocess and execution

- Hyperscaler migrationsto public and private clouds

- Network implementations- WAN/LAN

- Digital Workplace Services- Services Desk, Deskside/Field Services, Service Now, Mobile Device Management

- Process and security standards documentation/implementation(Security compliance and Regulation, Identify and Access Management, Client Security Documentation (NIST)

- Datacenter/infrastructure buildout- Server, Network (WAN/LAN), Storage, Back-up

- Data center consolidation/migration/modernization- Discovery, migration planning, migration execution

- Mainframe migration to zCloud

- Infrastructure management tools deployment

Preferred Skills and Experience:

- PgMP certification

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent

- Excellent C-suite and Executive presentation and communication skills

- Process management and continuous improvement experience

- Strong leadership and analytical skills

- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills

- Experience with Microsoft Project tool

- Excellent verbal and written skills in English
