Job Title: Junior Product Designer Location: On-site (Bangalore) Experience: 6 months – 1 year Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We’re looking for an Associate- Product Designer who can help create clean, intuitive, and user-friendly product experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to design flows, wireframes, high-fidelity screens, and contribute to strengthening our design system. Key Responsibilities ● Translate product requirements into user flows, wireframes, and visual designs ● Create interactive prototypes for stakeholder discussions and testing ● Contribute to and maintain the design system ● Work closely with developers to ensure smooth handoff and implementation ● Participate in design critiques and articulate strong design reasoning ● Iterate quickly based on user and stakeholder feedback Requirements ● Bachelor's Degree in the Relevant Field ● 6 months - 1 year of experience in UX/UI/Product Design ● Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility ● Proficiency in Figma (auto-layout, components, variants, prototyping) ● A portfolio demonstrating clear problem-solving and design thinking ● Attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work on time Nice to Have ● Basic understanding of user research methodologies — both evaluative and generative ● Visual design or motion design skills ● Experience working with or contributing to a design system Why Join Us ● High ownership role ● Fast-paced environment with meaningful product impact ● Work on real end-to-end feature design Join Vananam and be part of a team that values quality and innovation while creating impactful solutions for the future
