Job Description Job Title Executive (Electrical) - Plant Engineering, Pharma Formulations Plant Maintenance Pharma Formulations Basic & Minimum Qualification Diploma in Electrical OR ITI in Electrician from a reputed Institute Experience 5 to 8 years of working experience in a Pharmaceutical Formulations plant. Location: Ankleshwar Site. Job Description And KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES - Carrying out preventive maintenance of all electrical installations of the Ankleshwar plant. - Attending breakdown maintenance as per the work order received and log related activities in the SAP PM Module - Maintaining the electrical power supply to all the function users. - Support Instrument/Mechanical-related activity in case of organizational requirement. - Assisting in implementing modifications / small projects. - Maintaining tools/tackles properly. - Upkeep of the working area as per GMP and HSE requirements. - Compliance with management systems like training, equipment efficiency improvements, Timely Documentation, SOPs, and maintenance records - Supervising and ensuring the execution of job work assigned to contractors as per the Company's requirements. - Assist Instrument/Electrical engineer/Assistant Manager. - Ensuring adherence to required Compliance, Quality & HSE systems in the area under scope and control. - Carrying out activities with full compliance with the training given on cGMP and EHS Guidelines. - Doing maintenance as per the SOPs - Use appropriate personal protective equipment while carrying out maintenance. - Identifying and reporting unsafe conditions/behavior / unsafe action or other potentially hazardous situations with respect to Environment, Health, and Safety. - Correcting the situation/action with the permission and guidance of the Superior or Head of the Department. - Participating wholeheartedly in the Company's initiative for multi-skilling / job rotation etc. - In the future, if there is a change in the reporting relationship, the reporting will be changed as per the organization's requirement - In the case of inter-department or inter-location transfer job description as applicable for that position shall have to be followed. - The above-mentioned Specific and General list of responsibilities is illustrative and not exhaustive. In the case of any doubts or interpretation, the HOD shall decide on the issue - Involves working rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, depending on the industry and operational needs. Technical Skills & Competencies / Language - Knowledge of electrical installation/equipment - Planning ability - Awareness of cGMP / EHS requirements - Communication skills (Verbal and Written) - Documentation Documentation. Adherence to HSE requirements in fulfilling the customer's requirements, Living Group's Values, and Code of Ethics.
