Job Description Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain protocol stacks across various network layers (OSI model). - Implement and optimize transport protocols (TCP, UDP) and network protocols (IP, ICMP, ARP). - Enhance and maintain existing network stack components such as socket libraries and network drivers. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex network-related issues. - Profile and optimize network performance (latency, throughput, packet loss). - Improve protocol scalability, reliability, and system performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless protocol integration. - Prepare documentation, including usage guidelines and best practices. - Explore emerging networking technologies and standards. - Work closely with hardware engineers, firmware developers, and system architects. - Participate in design discussions, architectural decisions, and code reviews.
