Company Name VARITE India Private Limited About The Client A global IT services and consulting company multinational information technology IT headquartered in Tokyo Japan The Client offers a wide array of IT services including application development infrastructure management and business process outsourcing Their consulting services span business and technology while their digital solutions focus on transformation and user experience design It excels in data and intelligence services emphasizing analytics AI and machine learning Additionally their cybersecurity cloud and application services round out a comprehensive portfolio designed to meet the diverse needs of businesses worldwide About The Job Client is seeking an experienced Informatica Architect to lead the PowerExchange to Informatica IDMC migration initiative The architect will assess existing PowerExchange CDC implementations with Oracle design equivalent or optimized solutions in Informatica IDMC Cloud Data Integration Cloud Mass Ingestion and Cloud Application Integration and drive end-to-end implementation including POC documentation and mentoring delivery teams Essential Job Functions Current-State Assessment Gap Analysis Perform detailed analysis of existing PowerExchange CDC configuration with Oracle Identify data extraction transformation and load patterns dependencies and performance metrics Document architecture gaps and opportunities for modernization within IDMC Target-State Design Solution Architecture Design the target-state IDMC architecture leveraging Cloud Mass Ingestion CMI-DB for CDC and bulk ingestion Cloud Data Integration CDI for data transformation orchestration and integration pipelines Cloud Application Integration CAI for process integration and event-driven workflows Define configuration parameters connectivity details and orchestration logic between IDMC services and Oracle Develop architecture diagrams configuration templates and security compliance recommendations Proof of Concept POC Implementation Plan and execute POC to validate CDC performance and functional parity between PowerExchange and IDMC Collaborate with Informatica and Oracle admin teams for environment setup agent configuration and connectivity Oversee end-to-end migration including deployment testing and performance tuning Ensure compliance with Client delivery standards and data governance guidelines Documentation Knowledge Transfer Prepare comprehensive documentation of analysis findings design decisions and configuration steps Develop standard operating procedures SOPs for IDMC platform operations monitoring and troubleshooting Conduct workshops and handover sessions for development and operations teams Technical Leadership Mentoring Provide architectural direction and mentoring to data engineers ETL developers and administrators Review technical deliverables to ensure adherence to solution design and best practices Lead client discussions manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with business objectives Qualifications Experience Relevant 10 Years Top 3 skills which is mandatory PowerExchange CDC with Oracle - configuration logs extraction groups and monitoring IDMC Services CMI-DB CDI and CAI Oracle database internals MS SQL Server and CDC mechanisms Informatica Certified Professional - IDMC CDI or PowerCenter Experience with cloud environments AWS Azure GCP for IDMC deployment Required Skills Experience 10 years of experience in Informatica data integration technologies including PowerExchange PowerCenter and IDMC Hands-on expertise in PowerExchange CDC with Oracle - configuration logs extraction groups and monitoring IDMC Services CMI-DB CDI and CAI Strong understanding of Oracle database internals MS SQL Server and CDC mechanisms Experience in data migration replication and real-time streaming Working knowledge of file formats - Parquet CSV JSON and integration into data pipelines Proven ability to conduct POCs performance optimization and solution validation Excellent skills in architecture documentation data flow design and presentation Strong analytical communication and leadership abilities Preferred Qualifications Informatica Certified Professional - IDMC CDI or PowerCenter Experience with cloud environments AWS Azure GCP for IDMC deployment Knowledge of Data Quality IDQ and Data Governance within IDMC ecosystem Prior experience in migration or modernization projects from on-premises to cloud Shift Timings 11 AM -
