Job Title: Functional Expert – Wealth Management Function: Industry Solutions Role Overview: We are seeking a Functional Expert with a strong interest in the Wealth Management domain who can work at the intersection of client engagement and project leadership. This role is ideal for a self-starter who wants to learn and apply agentic AI concepts to transform how wealth managers, banks, and fintechs serve their clients. The role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to high-profile projects with global BFSI clients (UK, Europe, India), support CXO-level business development, and build deep expertise in AI-powered wealth journeys (such as onboarding, suitability assessment, advice reporting, wealth nudges). Key Responsibilities Project Leadership s Delivery - Lead functional workstreams in wealth management projects - Translate client business requirements into structured data models, rules, and workflows aligned to regulatory frameworks (e.g., MiFID II, FCA Consumer Duty, SEBI) - Collaborate with AI architects and tech teams to design and deliver agentic AI prototypes and solutions - Support deliveries of agentic AI solutions including functional documentation, validation of the solutions and demos to clients Business Development - Work with leadership to develop proposals for BFSI clients, focused on wealth management - Conduct market research on wealth management trends, competitors, and regulatory changes - Build and deliver client presentations, demos, and POVs to support business development - Contribute to thought-leadership content (e.g., LinkedIn posts, client workshops, summit collateral) AI s Domain Learning - Over time, develop a working knowledge of agentic AI concepts (RAG, knowledge graphs, intelligent data extraction) - Experiment with AI-native tools (conversational apps, multi-agent systems, knowledge modelling) Key Requirements - Background: Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Technology (MBA preferred but not mandatory) - Domain: Strong experience between 8 to 14 years in Wealth Management / Financial Services (prior consulting experience with Big 4s, Accenture, MBBs including BFSI is a plus) - Skills: - Analytical and structured thinking; ability to translate business problems into workflows - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Mindset: - Curiosity to learn agentic AI and apply it in real client contexts - Entrepreneurial, proactive, and comfortable engaging directly with clients What We Offer - Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI-native projects with leading banks, wealth managers, and fintechs. - Structured learning path on agentic AI and its application to financial services - Exposure to CXO-level business development and international client engagements - Entrepreneurial culture where you can shape the future of BFSI AI adoption - Lead at the frontier: Help reshape Retail and Commercial Banking as the industry transitions from digital to Agentic AI. - Learn continuously: Gain hands-on experience with emerging frameworks, and contextual AI solutions. - Collaborate widely: Work alongside visionaries across business, AI, and technology domains. - Drive visible impact: Build capabilities that redefine customer experiences, agility, and operational intelligence. - Grow your career in a learning-driven, innovation-led consulting environment.
