Position DescriptionBusiness Division PIDepartment ITLocation GurgaonPosition Title React Python DeveloperLevel Junior ManagementReporting to Title DevOps LeadPosition PurposePosition Purpose We are currently hiring a React Python Developer to work closely with senior stakeholders to understand business goals and ensure that the development team technologies used are aligned with these Strategic ResponsibilitiesStrategic Working closely with senior stakeholders to understand business requirements and help translate these into technical requirements for the development team Planning and documenting technical specifications for features or system design Designing building and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements Directing the development team in the design development coding testing and debugging of applications Writing testable scalable and efficient code and leading code reviews Mentoring junior team members and ensuring they adhere to determining software quality standards Operational ResponsibilitiesFinancial ResponsibilitiesPeople ResponsibilitiesEducation QualificationEducational Qualification Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science - B Tech B E MCA Work Experience 3-5 years of related work experience Strong proficiency in JavaScript including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model Thorough understanding of React js and its core principles Experience with data structure libraries e g Immutable js Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus Familiarity with RESTful APIs Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms such as JSON Web Token Experienced with modern front-end build pipelines and tools such as Babel Webpack NPM etc A knack for benchmarking and optimization Industry to be Hired fromFunctional Competencies Ability to solve complex software issues Ability to manage projects and DevOps team individually Familiarity with Code Versioning tools like Git SVN Mercurial Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript Deep Python knowledge and experience in developing API s using python Experience with popular React js workflows such as Flux or Redux Interaction Complexity and Team WorkInteraction Complexity and Team Work Interaction WithFrequencyPurpose of InteractionInternal Functional Consultants and Business SpocsDaily1 Requirement Gathering2 IssueExternal Auditors Knowledge Partners Vendors Consultants and TrainersAs and when requiredResolution of high level technical issuesTransferring requirement to production and support
