Department Excellence Job posted on Nov 08 2025 Employee Type Full Time Confirmed Experience range Years 3 years - 10 years Academic Advisor About us LEAD is the market leader in School EdTechs and the first edtech UNICORN of 2022 The fastest-growing School EdTech company in India Fortune has recognized us as one of India s top 24 Employers of the Future in June 2022 We partner with Affordable Private Schools across the country and empower them with the tools and resources that transform them into centers of excellence Our enhanced performance monitoring tools dedicated lesson plans and tech-based solutions enable educators to provide students with the best education Our mission is to provide excellent education to every child With our 9000 partner schools across the country we have seen a growth from 35 schools in 2018 to 9000 in 2024 LEAD - Growth Highlights Raised 100 Mn in a Series E round and became the first Ed Tech Unicorn of 2022 Business Standard - LEAD becomes first edtech unicorn of 2022 Our co-Founder Co- CEO Smita Deorah is the only leader from India to win the Power of Women POW 2022 award held in the USA ASU GSV Summit LEAD has won in the Most Innovative Product Service sub-category Unicorn category at the Businessworld Unicorn Awards 2022We are building a B2B At-home Learning business which is a US 14B market opportunity across 120 Mn Private School students in India alone Education Leadership Award by American Leadership Board in 2018 Best School Management Award in 2019 Follow us on Social Media JOB DESCRIPTION Purpose of the Job Academic Advisors play a critical role in helping us achieve our mission - they directly work with teachers and schools to ensure that our system is effectively implemented to achieve the desired learning outcomes We are looking for highly competent professionals who are excited by the idea of democratizing quality teaching tools and techniques to students and teachers in Affordable Private Schools Key Responsibilities Build capacity by training and coaching School leaders Academic coordinators and teachers in LEAD partner schools to drive implementation of the LEAD academic system that delivers excellent student outcomes Support and monitor LEAD School academic system execution in partner schools through regular observations and data-driven conversations Share insightful and meaningful reports at regular intervals to showcase student and teacher performance and interventions that are being carried out Build academic relationships with school owners principals academic coordinators and teachersCollaborate with other functions in the organization to effectively solve problems that hamper partner school s experience with LEAD Proactively gather insights from the field and feed them back internally to improve the LEAD academic system Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and collaborating with large and diverse teams Strong training and facilitation experience in Pedagogy and Curriculum implementation Ideal Experience Profile Education - Any Bachelor s degree B Ed M Ed preferable 3 years in an academic support role OR 3-5 years of K-10 teaching experience Teacher Principals Academic coordinator OR1-2 years of fellowship experience eg Teach For India and 3-4 years of post-fellowship2 years experience of managing teacher teams EdTech or SchoolTech industry background in academic operations academic consultant roles Ability and flexibility to travel 15-20 days a month Department Excellence Team Location Kolhapur
