Your Role

- Define best practices, governance models, and usage guidelines for GitHub Copilot.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and hands-on demos to upskill teams.
- Stay updated on Copilot features, capabilities, and limitations.
- Evaluate and recommend extensions, plugins, and integrations to improve developer experience.
- Mentor developers on effective collaboration with AI tools like GitHub Copilot.

Your Profile

- 12+ years in software development with expertise in Java, PHP, Python, or ABAP.
- Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot and deep understanding of its capabilities.
- Proven leadership in development teams and technical initiatives.
- Experience with GitHub Enterprise, GitHub Actions, and GitHub Advanced Security.
- Exposure to other AI coding assistants (e.g., Amazon CodeWhisperer).
- Experience in setting up internal developer platforms or developer experience initiatives.
