Job Description Position Overview We are looking for a highly motivated Digital Marketing Intern to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in SEO, social media marketing, content creation, and paid advertising, allowing you to develop and refine your digital marketing skills. The ideal candidate should be creative, analytical, and eager to learn about digital marketing strategies that drive engagement and business growth. Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management: - Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. - Analyze trends and optimize content to enhance engagement and brand visibility. - Monitor audience interactions and respond to comments/messages promptly. SEO & Content Marketing: - Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve website ranking. - Assist in writing and optimizing blog posts, website content, and marketing materials. - Track and analyze web traffic metrics using Google Analytics and SEO tools. Paid Advertising & Campaign Management: - Assist in running Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. - Optimize ad performance by analyzing data and making necessary adjustments. - Monitor campaign success and suggest improvements for better ROI. Email Marketing & Lead Generation: - Assist in creating email campaigns and newsletters for audience engagement. - Analyze email performance and suggest improvements to increase open rates. - Support lead generation efforts through targeted marketing strategies. RequirementsEducational Qualification: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or pursuing one). Technical & Marketing Skills: - Basic understanding of SEO, social media marketing, and digital advertising. - Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Ubersuggest). - Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator for content creation. Other Skills: - Strong analytical thinking and creativity. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
