Role Overview We are looking for a Relationship Manager – PMS Sales to join our growing Wealth Management organisation. The role involves client acquisition, relationship management, and business development for our Portfolio Management Services (PMS). You’ll be responsible for identifying and onboarding high-net-worth clients, maintaining long-term relationships, and driving AUM growth through informed and ethical advisory. Key Responsibilities - Identify and acquire HNI and UHNI clients through networking, referrals, and partnerships. - Conduct investor meetings, webinars, and portfolio reviews. - Explain PMS strategies, asset allocation, and performance reports to clients. - Coordinate with operations and compliance for seamless client onboarding. - Maintain accurate records and sales activity reports in CRM tools. - Track competitors’ offerings and market trends for insights and opportunities. - Report business development activities and AUM performance to management. Key Skills & Competencies Technical Skills: - Deep understanding of PMS regulations (SEBI) - Strong command over investment products and asset allocation - Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM platforms Commercial Skills: - Sales target orientation - Negotiation and pricing skills - Cross-selling and upselling capabilities Personal Skills: - Goal-driven and self-motivated - Excellent communication and presentation skills - High ethical standards and client empathy Qualifications - Graduate in Commerce, Business Management, or Finance (B.Com/BMS/BBA) - MBA/PGDM in Finance or Marketing preferred Why Join Us? - Work alongside seasoned market professionals. - Be part of a legacy brand built on integrity and research-driven advisory. - Career growth in one of India’s leading wealth management firms.
