Our Trademo is backed by a remarkable team of leaders and entrepreneurs like Amit Singhal (Sr. VP, Google), Sridhar Ramaswamy (CEO, Snowflake), Neeraj Arora (Ex CBO, Whatsapp Group). --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Role: Associate Director Marketing (Financial Institutions) Website: www.trademo.com Location: Onsite - Gurgaon What will you be doing here? ● Develop and implement growth marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. ● Lead the development and execution of go to market strategies for product launches, including coordination of cross functional teams ● Work with the content marketing team to create educational resources that demonstrate the value of the product to both technical and non-technical audiences. ● Analyze customer behavior, adoption rates, and feedback to improve messaging and product positioning over time. ● Build, manage, and mentor a high performing product marketing team, providing clear direction, career development, and support. Requirement ● Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, MBA is a plus. ● 6+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment. ● Proven track record of executing successful go-to-market strategies and product launches. ● Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams. ● Experience working with Financial Institutions is mandatory Desired Profile: Trademo is driven by a compelling vision and a strong track record of success, setting the stage for remarkable growth in the coming years.
