Job Description

Participate in the requirements gathering meeting with the business and/or operations team.

. Create and Maintain Business Requirements Document.

. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the business processes and systems, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.

. Solid understanding of business processes and systems, including experience with process mapping and modeling tools.

. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex business problems.

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
