Job Description

- Monitor SCCM console for client health, deployments, and compliance status
- Assist in deploying software, patches, and updates to end-user systems
- Package, test, and deploy software applications and patches using SCCM
- Manage and support collections, boundaries, and boundary groups
- Perform basic troubleshooting of SCCM client issues
- Follow documented SOPs for routine tasks and incident handling
- Generate routine reports for compliance, software inventory, and hardware asset tracking
- Maintain and update documentation for standard operating procedures (SOPs), deployment checklists, and troubleshooting steps
- Participate in change management processes for SCCM-related updates and deployments

Required Skills:

- Basic knowledge of SCCM/MECM components and functions
- Understanding of Windows OS (Windows 10/11)
- Familiarity with software deployment and patching processes
- Good troubleshooting skills for desktop and client-related issues
- Basic understanding of PowerShell or willingness to learn
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to work in shifts or On-Call, if required
